A love that is so magnetic that it's unbreakable. That is how I would describe Gina and Russ. It was apparent throughout this whole day, that they were head-over-heels in love. I actually have known Gina since high school, so getting to document her wedding day was a true honor and blessing.
Their vision for the wedding day? Classic and elegant with an emphasis on their beautiful florals thanks to Pedestals Floral Decorators. Surrounded by the love and support from their friends and family, Gina and Russ made their leap towards a new chapter in their life together in this Long Island Wedding at Westbury Manor.
Gina and Russ had their wedding at the Westbury Manor here in Long Island, NY. Westbury Manor is a premier venue that takes it to the next level for your wedding celebration. Situated on 5-acres of landscaped gardens and grounds, this gorgeous mansion is definitely what you need if you're looking for the ultimate *wow* factor. They offer a unique and customizable wedding experience for each and every one of their couples. Their goal is to have you stunned and capture your wedding day to a T, which is one of the many reasons why I love this wedding venue!

We started the day off with Russ getting ready with his groomsmen, while Gina was with her bridesmaids. The morning of your wedding is easily the most influential and special moment with your friends and family. By that I mean, make sure you soak in every moment of the getting ready process. After that morning of pampering, it was time for Gina to slip into her wedding dress for the first looks. Fun fact, Gina actually is wearing the wedding dress that her aunt wore for her wedding. The same wedding where Gina was a flower girl! It's crazy how full-circle things are, right?! First, a first look with her father, which turned out to be an emotional one. ALWAYS pack tissues I tell you! Next, her first look with Russ. As you could imagine, the moment had been building to this, so to see his face turn and see Gina standing there so beautifully was remarkable and beautiful. Really such a special moment to witness.
After their first look, we wandered throughout Westbury Manor exploring the grounds for their portraits. Since there is so much history and beautiful architecture at the manor, finding perfect backdrops for their wedding portraits was easy, and beautiful and really got my creative juices flowin'.
Ceremony & Reception
After spending time dedicated to portraits, it was time for the big moment - woohoo! Outside in a beautiful garden, Gina and Russ said their vows in front of their loved ones. With laughs and plenty of tears, they made their life-long commitment to one another and the moment couldn't have been any more perfect. Together they embark on this new journey of life together, and I couldn't have been more excited for them!
A brief cocktail hour later, the doors to their reception space were opened. Westbury Manor has a banquet hall that is perfect for reception spaces and was *just* what the doctor ordered. The night was spent dancing, eating some fabulously delicious cake, and even a quick outfit change for Gina! Did I also mention there was a bubble gun as well? Safe to say that these wedding guests knew how to party and they went HARD.
Congratulations to Gina and Russ and your happily ever after. I feel so honored to have been the one to capture such special moments :)
Shoutout to all of the amazing vendors who came together to make this day such a beautiful one!
